1. 미등록 방문자는 학교에 들어갈 수 없습니다.
2. 방문자의 효과적인 관리를 위해 출입문이 잠깁니다.
3. 학교는 건강 검진 기준을 통과하지 못한 개인이 캠퍼스에 출입하는 것을 금지 할 수 있습니다.
– 지난 2 주 동안 열이나 독감/감기 증상 없음
4. 학교 활동에 참가하는 개인은 방역 지침을 따릅니다.
– 교직원, 교사 및 학생은 자주 손을 소독 또는 씻도록 권장
[ COVID-19 Guidelines/Protocol ]
1. No unregistered visitors will be allowed to enter the school.** **your registration includes an agreement to follow the guidelines of NKSD’s COVID-19 protocol.
2. Entrances will be locked to ensure effective management and safe screening of visitors.
3. NKSD is permitted to prevent any individual who fails the health screening criteria from being
admitted to the campus, until they meet the criteria for re-entry to the campus.
-No fever or flu/cold symptoms during the past 2 weeks
4. All who enter the building will follow specific guidelines.
-Teachers and students will be encouraged to sanitize and/or wash their hands frequently.
CDC 와 주정부 건강관리 부처에 따르면, 코로나 증세는 고열(100 F), 기침, 호흡곤란, 오한, 피로, 근육통, 두통, 미각 후각 상실, 인후통, 콧물, 멀미, 구토 혹은 설사 등을 포함하고 그 이외의 증상이 나타날 수도 있습니다. 학생 혹은 방문자가 위와 같은 증상을 보일 경우 등교나 방문을 하지 않습니다. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, State, and Local Health Departments state that symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to :Fever or chills; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Fatigue; Muscle or body aches; Headache; New loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Congestion or runny nose; Nausea or vomiting; and Diarrhea. Your child, or a visitor will not attend school or school-related functions if these symptoms are present.
본인은 자녀의 보호자로서 달라스한국학교 등록은 본인의 자유의지로 하며, 개인 위생과 방역에 최선을 다하여 협조할 것을 약속합니다. 달라스한국학교는 본인 자녀의 건강에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. You, as legal guardian or a natural parent of the Participant, acknowledge that you are coming to the New Korean School of Dallas out of your free will. You further acknowledge that the New Korean School of Dallas will not be liable for your child’s health condition and promise to comply to the health and safety policies for COVID prevention.
*달라스한국학교 등록 원서에 서명으로 등교 전에 매번 학생의 건강 상태를 확인할 것을 동의하고 달라스한국학교의 방역지침을 따를 것에 동의합니다.
Your signature on the registration form indicates that you agree to complete the health screening on your student each day before arriving to school and follow the Covid-19 Guideline of the New Korean School of Dallas.
